Cancellations and Refunds Policy

XPERTAX AUDITING BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED believes in providing excellent services and support to all our clients. In the rare case of customer dissatisfaction due to many reasons, we have formulated a Cancellation and Refund policy which is fair and reasonable. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Cancellation of service renewals for any on-going promotion, must be made at least seven 30 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received later than seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

No cancellations are entertained for those services that XPERTAX AUDITING BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED had offered on promotional offers / special occasions or Discount period. These are limited occasion offers by the company and hence cancellations are not possible in any conditions. The services may be discontinued, however refund will not be possible. XPERTAX AUDITING BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED also reserves the rights to cancel your account any time without any notice and refund.

 

Refund Policy

XPERTAX AUDITING BAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED will try its level best to offer quality services that matches our clients expectations. In case, any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund. All refunds will take maximum of 7 working days to process and it will be refunded to you.

Full refund: This will be possible only in cases where the Service has not been started. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and will take 180 Days to refund the amount.

Partial refund: If there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy a partial refund will be in proportion to the work completed after deducting any fees paid to the appropriate government department or licensing authority.

No Refunds: If the necessary paperwork has been completed and submitted to the relevant authorities.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same Bank account. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund or if you have opened a second account with us. There are no refunds of administrative fees and legal fees, taxes can’t be refunded by us, however it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government.
